The new cocktail, called the The Dark & Smoky, will only be available from October 27 through October 31 and be exclusively at Paddlefish.
This deep and cozy drinks starts as a golden hued cocktail, but with a little bit of Halloween magic, the drink mixes into a dark smoky liquid. A dash of carbon is served atop the orange peel that garnishes the drink. As you swirl the peel your drink twists and transforms, as if it was your own magical cauldron. 1.5 oz. Stolen Smoked Rum
½ oz. pumpkin syrup
1 dash black lemon bitters
1 dash chocolate bitters
½ oz. Nuestra Soledad Mezcal
