You might be lying by the pool enjoying an ice-cold beverage, but do you realize what today is? I’ll be happy to tell you…Happy Halfway to the Holidays! So, crank up that Christmas playlist and read along as we share all the news from Disney Parks Blog regarding Disney Holidays 2024!
Returning for a second year, Hollywood Studios will host Jollywood Nights on select nights starting on Nov. 9 through Dec. 21. Magic Kingdom will Deck their Halls to welcome Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party on select days starting Nov. 8 until Dec. 20. Over at Epcot, enjoy the International Festival of the Holidays starting Nov. 29 through Dec. 30. Through these festivities enjoy a combination of seasonal entertainment, decorations, parades, fireworks, global holiday traditions, and feast on seasonal flavors from around the world.
Disneyland is not without fanfare! Starting November 15, enjoy the Festival of Holidays at California Adventure, as well as special overlays on various attractions. That’s not all! Disneyland Resort will welcome a wintery decor along with other seasonal surprises! One thing that’s not a surprise is Mickey and Minnie’s new Holiday Outfits! These nostalgic outfits lend to a time of yesteryear with handwritten letters to Santa and family greetings cards. With Mickey’s letter carrier satchel and Minnie’s quill and apron, the postman’s daughter gives these outfits her first-class stamp of approval! I can’t wait to see the accompanying ‘fits of their friends!
Now let’s get to the real tea! The holiday merch! Disney teases with just dollop of a sneak peek to whet our appetite. From a Nordic sweater featuring Mickey to matching ears with sherpa bow, you’re bound to keep warm on a cold winter’s night. I’m all about snuggling up with that Snowman pillow! Looks dreamy and soft. For our Jewish friends, Disney reveals a morsel of beautifully blue and gold decorated ceramic to start the Hanukkah merch!
Honestly, I think the food is the best part of Christmas. And in January, my waistline typically agrees! But since calories don’t count at Disney get ready to feast! To celebrate, starting today through June 25th at Wetzel Pretzels in Disney Springs try the new Frozen Hot Chocolate and Peppermint Frozen Hot Chocolate drink. A Ghirardelli hot cocoa granita topped with a snowy layer of soft whip. Mmm that sounds heavenly.
If your family loves to travel as their gift at the holidays, make sure to check out the Disney Parks Blog for all the festivities found aboard Disney Cruise Lines, Hong Kong Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, and Tokyo Disney Resort. Then head over to Small World Vacation HERE to book your Tropical Tidings aboard DCL or HERE for other Disney adventures. Let them know we sent you!
Are you familiar with Disney Music Emporium? They’re your destination online for collectible and limited-edition music from the award-winning Disney Music catalog. As they celebrate their 10th anniversary today, Disney Music Emporium offers holiday vinyl records for purchase like the decorative ones above. Those records give me ALL THE FEELS from my childhood!
Instead of the 12 days of Christmas, runDisney offers you the 12ks of Christmas! Run off those Christmas treats and enjoy a touch of holiday Disney magic with a series of 4K races done virtually. Check out the first glimpse of one of the finisher medals above!
Whew! That’s A LOT! We hope you’re as excited as we are! Happy Halfway to the Holidays Fashionistas!
