Then, I’m going to head to Disney’s Animal Kingdom to visit the flamboyance of flamingos on Kilimanjaro Safaris. Finally, I’m going to treat myself to dinner at Four Flamingos!
In honor of its namesake, the Michelin-recommended Four Flamingos: A Richard Blais Florida Kitchen, located next-door to Walt Disney World at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, will celebrate International Flamingo Day on Friday, April 26 with three exclusive menu items available one day only.
For even more fun, guests who wear flamingo apparel will receive a complimentary Dragon Fruit Tiramisu with the purchase of an entree.
The three exclusive menu specials sound amazing and my mouth is already watering. International Flamingo Day dishes include:
- (Appetizer) Guava & Cheese – Fried Halloumi, Pickled Pineapple, Pink Guava Puree
- (Entrée) Key West Pink Shrimp Boil – 1lb Peel & Eat Shrimp, Zellwood Sweet Corn, Red Bliss, Creole Court Bouillon, Crab Fat Butter
- (Dessert) Dragon Fruit Tiramisu – Chinola Dipped Lady Fingers, Mascarpone Mousse, Pitaya Dust
