Hi-Ho, A New Muppets Loungefly Collection Is Here

It’s time to treat yourself to some cute new bags to usher in the New Year. This new Muppets Loungefly Collection is the collection that you have been waiting for.

Kermit The Frog

The first item in the collection is this electric green Kermit the Frog Drawstring Mini Backpack, found here. It has a happy green body with a tiny Kermit head on the front of the snap button closure. There is a small front pocket that looks just the right size for a phone. The bag looks exactly like some of the bags that I had as a child. It’s giving this millennial major retro vibes.

Muppets Crew

There are also two bags that showcase the entire Muppets gang. The first is this Light-Up Mini Backpack, found here. Miss Piggy is actually sharing the spotlight with the rest of the Muppets. They all stand together in front of a bright red curtain. The golden circle lights up around the crew as they perform. While some might say that the best part of the bag is that it lights up, I think that it actually is the top handle. It looks like a golden rope that is used to keep the spectators away from the stage.

Finally, there is also this Crossbody Bag, found here. The bag has a metal top handle with the Muppets’ logo. All around the bag are faux leather and debossed stickers that have members of the Muppets squad and places that the Muppets have visited. It reminds me of an old school suitcase. Even the faux leather that the bag is made of looks distressed and worn.
