Happy Birthday Epcot! Today is the official 35th Anniversary of Walt Disney World’s second theme park. To commemorate the event Walt Disney World is celebrating with festivities, special treats, and of course limited edition merchandise! Not only is there a collection of items celebrating the 35th that will be available through out the month, but there is an exclusive line available just for today!
The line includes, a cap, four shirts, an ornament, and of course a trading pin! The feature character for this line is the beloved Figment, and the color scheme has a very retro vibe.
The exclusive Epcot 35th Anniversary “I was There” merchandise is only available at the pop up shop near the Art of Disney location in Future World. It is all extremely limited and not available on the shopDisney app or website.
The pin has a prominent Space Ship Earth design on it, with the Figment Epcot 35, and a “I Was There” dangle.
The ornament is a white porcelain rectangle, with a purple overlay featuring the 35th Epcot and Figment designs, with “I Was There” written across in white.
The hat has a very retro Epcot feel to it, with vintage hued color blocking stripes, and Figment.
There are tees for the whole family available, including a raglan design, and kids shirt.
If you’re looking for the rest of the Epcot 35th Anniversary collection, it can be found at various retail locations through out Epcot.
