Imagine my surprise yesterday as I am strolling through the shops on Main Street USA at Magic Kingdom when I turned and spotted some bags that I recognized but had not seen in a while. Low and behold, Kate Spade’s Minnie Mouse designs are now available at Magic Kingdom!
I am not saying that these are new designs. In fact, there are some designs from the first release and some from the second release that Kate Spade did. The thing that drew my eye was the glittery Minnie Mouse clutch that I bought the first minute of the first release. That clutch sold out quickly but has been restocked a few times since. I was surprised to see it inside the Park, though.
Upon further inspection I noticed there was everything from key chains to tote bags to a cell phone case available. I did look on the Kate Spade website, as I assumed most of these items were no longer available online. These are still available on the Kate Spade website (I haven’t seen them in my local stores for a while) but there is a plus to getting them at the Park. Not only can you say you got yours at the most magical place on Earth but you can apply your AP discount and get 20% off! I made sure to ask the cast member and she said that you definitely can!
It’s one of those times where seeing something from the past is a very good thing! I know I loved the Kate Spade Minnie Mouse collection and now people that may have missed it the first time around have a second chance!
