If you are like me, you like to know what is going on around the world when it comes to Disney. My goal is to make it to every Disney Park in this lifetime and that means I need to know what is going on out there! I am dying to go to Japan and they always have the coolest stuff so I keep an extra close watch on them. LeSportsac is releasing a spring design on March 2nd exclusive to Japan!
Let’s start by saying that I do not know how to read Japanese. I do, however, know how to hit Google translate!! Woohoo! It doesn’t do a total translation but it certainly gets the point across.
Mickey Loves Minnie is the black and white print you see above. Mickey is looking lovingly at his lady love and holding her hand. It looks like it will be coming in numerous different styles including a backpack!
The floral design you see is called Spring Fling. I love how this is a perfect representation of Spring and the colors are beautiful! An assortment of pinks and pale blues are perfect. Mickey and Minnie Mouse are walking along holding hands… spring is such a perfect season for lovers.
Let’s talk about the embossed print first. This is a quilted fabric design with Mickey and Minnie head silhouettes stitched into the fabric. The color is a pale pink which is right on point with the pantone colors this year. This design is called Blooming Love.
The gingham style you see is called Checks and Bows. It comes in a vivid blue color with different bag styles having different images of our favorite mice. If you look closely on all the bags, you will see the zippers have Mickey head silhouettes for zipper closures.
As of right now, these would appear to be Japanese exclusive designs but that’s not to say that that couldn’t change. It would not be the first time. If you want to see the original article first hand, you can read it HERE.
