I think we have well established that we love a good, Disney themed bag. If it is affordable, that’s even better. When the new LeSportsac collection featuring Minnie Mouse was released, I knew that there was reason to be excited. We have talked about Vera Bradley, Dooney and Bourke and Harveys. These bags are a little more affordable for some, which increases their appeal. LeSportsac is not new to the Disney family as they have released the It’s a Small World Collection, Disney Pixar Collection and the Tinker Bell Collection, just to name a few. For today, though, we are going to check out the newest of the collections… the Minnie Floral Park Collection.
The pattern is the same on all the bags and it, of course, features the fabulous Minnie Mouse with an array of florals in pinks, blues and yellows. The lining is a lovely lavender color! The pattern has a black background which makes it work for fall/winter but the floral print allows it to transition into spring/summer. This print could easily be used year round. There are so many different styles of LeSportsac bags to choose from in this collection. 17 bags in all, to be exact. This doesn’t even include the accessories, of which there are 3 different cosmetic bags and a wallet! I decided that I would touch on my fave four designs and discuss what makes them my favorite.
The Kylie bag is the first bag I will mention because I love a good cross body bag for the Disney Parks. It fits the basics I require for a day of fun at Disney and is not too bulky. It has a couple of front zippers for easy access to smaller items, which is always a plus (especially when you want some lipstick and don’t want to go digging). It’s also super affordable at $58!
The next bag I love is the Deluxe Everyday Bag (see above). Why do I love it? For all the reasons I listed in the previous bag except this one has a different shape. It also seems to expand a little more and therefore can hold just a bit more. This one is a little pricier at $98 but with the increase in size and unique shape, it seems worth it to me.
The Large Weekender is on my list because I would use it for exactly what it’s called… a weekend bag. I like to take numerous short trips and this bag, with it’s many zippered compartments, would be perfect for that. It can be slung over your shoulder or carried by the two handles and it even comes with a matching pouch with zippered closure. This bag is $142 which is pretty standard for a good quality weekend bag.
The Voyager Backpack is that bigger bag that is handy for bringing to the parks when you have a bunch of stuff you want to bring with you. It has numerous pockets and zippered areas to keep things straight and a drawstring main closure that gives you easy access when you are in need. This bag is $142.
That covers my fave pieces in this new collection but with 21 total pieces to choose from, your choices could be completely different. What is your fave bag? Do you like the new print? Let me know your thoughts in the comment section below.
