It’s a Small World is such an iconic ride. People either love it or groan at the thought of getting the song stuck in their heads. I personally love the slow, relaxing atmosphere. I enjoy hearing the song in multiple languages and admire native clothing, while guessing the countries. In my travels, I’ve learned the absolute truth that Loungefly Represents It’s a Small World!
Loungefly Represents Ride
Found at Disneyland Paris only, The Small World themed Loungefly is full of vibrant pastel colors. Similar to the colors you’ll find on the ride, the front pocket yields a pink and blue background with a magenta and yellow celestial face. Half of it is a sleeping moon, while the other half is a smiling sun. There are even little coordinating flags waving above the pocket as found in front of the Parisian ride.
The side pocket features an oversized number and argyle pattern taken from the clocks and exterior design of the attraction. You’ll also find a culturally decorated drum player, representing his country. Any guesses where he’s from? Mine would be England, but seeing that I haven’t been to Paris, I could be wrong. With the pastel markings of the bag, it gives off strong spring vibes and the interior lining is no exception. Not quite a plaid, as it incorporates alternate shapes, you’ll find various shades of pink, blues, gold, yellow and purple.
The overall color scheme of the bag is a soft blue with yellow trim and a pinch of peach. Those colors reflect on the back of the mini backpack where one strap is blue and one is peach. It’s a Small World sits above flowers of various shapes and …a QR code. Now this is something new. Upon scanning the code, I was taken to the Disneyland Paris site to learn more about the ride, and get Instagram filters, Snapchat and Instagram stickers, Video, Backgrounds and music. How fun is that!
