There’s so many ways to show off Mickey inspirations, but one of my favorite ways, is with color blocking with his color palette! The new I am Mickey Mouse MagicBand is a perfect example of how to bring out character inspiration, with out actually showing the character.
It’s like a MagicBand decided to DisneyBound as Mickey, right? This band uses the new solid black MagicBand color that we were melting for back in November, with the perfect accents to bring out Mickey. One side has a red color block, and two simple white circles, just like Mickey’s iconic shorts!
The other side of the band has a block of white towards the bottom, which resembles Mickey’s well known white gloves. The last but, one of the coolest details of this band is the puck! The puck of this band is actually a different color than the base color of the band. It’s a vibrant yellow just like Mickey’s iconic yellow shoes. You don’t see many bands with the puck color different, so it’s a really fun twist.
