One of my favorite parts of the holiday season at Walt Disney World is all the gingerbread houses and displays! Did you know that the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is celebrating 25 years of gingerbread magic this year? While I absolutely love both the Mickey and Minnie gingerbread design, the red skirt in the middle is my favorite. I mean, just look at that darling little apron!
