Funko has teamed up with Target for another special release! The exclusive Marvel Funko Black Light Collection launched today, and was instantly a hit! The Funko POP! figures available online were an instant sell-out, and stores are selling out quickly too.
Black Light Collection
This collection is a lot like the Funko Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back 40th Anniversary Collection. It is an exclusive collection to Target, with Funko POP figures, accessories, and also novelties! This collection features a fun black light like look straight from the 90s comic book days!
The Funko POP! figures were available online, as well as in-store. Online they had four available, Thor, Iron Man, Captain America, and Doctor Strange. Michelle found three at her local Target, but sadly mine said they won’t be putting them out till next Sunday.
The crown jewel of this collection to me however is the backpack! This is a Funko backpack, made with a similar Saffino faux-leather like Loungefly backpacks. It features Thor, Spider-man, Captain America, and Iron Man! I am so excited I was able to get this backpack! The Star Wars ones were so hard to find last month!
Where is the Spider-man Funko POP figure you might ask? Well, he is only available with the t-shirt combo box! These boxes are available at the stores and come in a variety of t-shirt sizes.
You can also get a Marvel black light t-shirt on its own too!
Other fun items we found with this electrifying design style included glasses with Thor, Spider-man, Iron Man, and Captain America.
As well as cozy socks! We only found Thor, but there are also Spider-man, and Iron Man varieties out there! I also found a few posters at my local Target, and picked up the Doctor Strange one!
I am absolutely loving the new exclusives like the Star Wars Funko Collection and Marvel Funko Black Light Collection at Target. I just wish they were a little easier to get!
