Meeko and Flit Mini Backpack by Loungefly Coming Soon!

Pocahontas is one of the best movies of the Disney Renaissance period.  The songs and scenery are amazing but it also has one of my favorite animal sidekicks, Meeko the raccoon! I even had a Meeko fanny pack that made many trips to Disney World with me when I was little. While that bag is long gone, I can replace it with the adorable new Meeko and Flit Loungefly mini backpack that Loungefly shared a sneak peek of on their Instagram story!

The backpack features Meeko’s face on what appears to be the backpack’s roomy front pocket. There are also tiny little arms that actually move so you can cover Meeko’s eyes. He looks like he’s hiding from something! The actual backpack is cornflower blue and the top part has colorful leaves, trees, and Pocahontas’ other sidekick, Flit the hummingbird! This is just a sneak peek though so I’m not sure if there’s anything on the back or a fabulous lining. My guess is that the lining has colorful leaves that match the ones on the front of the bag. While this bag would be great for a day at Animal Kingdom, it’s too cute not to bring with you everywhere and pretend you are a Disney Princess with your animal sidekicks!
