I have a strange relationship with the Main Street Electrical Parade. When I was completing my Disney College Program in 2011 I worked on Main Street. Because of my location I was witness to this parade every single night. I pretty much knew the entire parade by heart and could dance along with the performers. However, I often went home humming the distinctive soundtrack. The music would play over and over in my mind like a continuous electric loop. By the end of my College Program, I was more than a little tired of the classic parade.
But now that I’m six years out of my program, I miss the Main Street Electrical Parade! I miss the dancing and the dialogue and even those little remote controlled bugs that speed toward the crowd.
