I am always looking for more Minnie ear headbands to add to my collection. My friends know this well and often send unique pairs they find my way. For example, these mysterious Orange Bird Minnie Ears a friend of mine noticed on Etsy.
The first thing my friend wanted to know, was were they real. While I’m not 100% sure, they do have official Disney Parks tags sewn onto the headband. They are also, the cutest darn ears I have EVER seen, so even if they are handmade, I still kind of want them. They look to be an orange satiny material, with Orange Bird’s iconic smile, and “Hello Sunshine” embroidered on.
The side of the headband also has “Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival 2020” embroidered on it. The headband embroidered has been a growing trend with Disney parks’ ears. Orange Bird has also been one of the mascots for Flower and Garden Festival in recent years too, so it does make sense.
A close up picture of the ears reveals well done stitching, and embroidery as well. If these are fakes, they are definitely very very well made! If they aren’t well, I really hope we see them when the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival returns March 4th at Walt Disney World.
