My wallet has been in a lot of trouble recently! It seems like for the first time ever, Sleeping Beauty is making a comeback and there is so much Aurora merchandise available. Not that I’m complaining AT ALL! The latest item to catch my eye is this Aurora Dress. It’s a must for every Sleeping Beauty lover!
There is so much to love about this fabulous dress that I don’t know where to begin! The little details that went into it are beyond compare. To start, just look at all of the little castles and roses all over the dress. There are even little Aurora tiaras!
I also am very happy that this is a fit and flare dress! I often struggle to find things that fit me, but I usually have a great amount of luck with fit and flare dresses. They look great on all sorts of body types. The clinched-in top and tiny pink buttons add a very feminine look to the dress. The dress also has a peasant look that makes me think of the cabin that Briar Rose lived in with her fairy friends.
I am also a huge fan of the halter neck, complete with a beautiful pink ribbon. There is also a ribbon around the waist that helps to complete the look.
The color of this dress is also nothing short of impressive! With this ombre look, who would want to choose only one color, when you can have both pink and blue on such a wonderful dress.
Finally, Princess Aurora’s name is stitched into the back of the dress. I have a Cakeworthy Flannel shirt that also has her name stitched into the collar. I was so impressed by that little detail and am equally impressed by the stitching on this dress.
The Princess Aurora Dress is currently available on the UK ShopDisney website. I’m wishing that it comes to ShopDisney in the US soon.
