A very limited edition new MagicBand has arrived at Walt Disney World! A new Black Cauldron MagicBand has bubbled up in celebration of 35 years! This band is straight from the mythical land of Prydain, and a limited edition of just 500!
That’s right, this is a super limited MagicBand, of just 500! It has been spotted at all four Walt Disney World parks and also retails for $34.99. It is disappearing quickly too. The band comes in a collector’s box featuring artwork from the movie and is also marked with “35” to celebrate the anniversary.
One side of the band showcases the hero of the tale Taren with the king’s sword in hand, and also his pestering companion Gurgi. He’s ready to Hen Wen! The other side of the band has the Horned King, looking just as creepy as I remember from childhood. Above him is also written “The Black Cauldron” in the same eerie red as his eyes.
The Black Cauldron is a Disney movie often forgotten, but it does have quite a pop culture following. It’s great to see that they designed a MagicBand to celebrate the 35th anniversary.
If you love the new Black Cauldron MagicBand I wouldn’t delay, with only 500 they won’t last long!
