I am so excited to share this new blue Disneyana Dooney & Bourke collection with you! I admit wholeheartedly that this one caught me off guard. I missed if there were actually any announcements about it and then suddenly it was just here… in stores! I don’t know oodles about it but I do know enough and I also know how you can get your hands on it. Let’s take a closer look at the new blue Disneyana Dooney & Bourke collection.
You may recall the Disneyana collection being released in both a Disneyland and Walt Disney World print. I discussed them both at length and if you want to read more about them, you can read about them through the links to earlier articles. They are currently available at the Disneystore.com and, if the particular bag you want is not there, they are also available at Mouse to Your House. This new blue Disneyana Dooney & Bourke print is the exact same print BUT it is a cream color on a blue leather. It is much more muted than the bright, colorful print of the original Disneyana print.
There are only 3 different styles in this print and we only have access to the Walt Disney World Disneyana print. I have heard rumors that the Disneyland print also comes in this cornflower blue color but I have not been able to confirm this. Let’s take a look at the 3 styles available as they are different that the original styles.
This is the Eva Crossboody bag. As you can see, this crossbody has a front flap which is different than the crossbody of the previous Disneyana style. I love that the brown leather trim is prominent and really accents the bag. I, personally, think that this cornflower blue color with the cream print is for those people who just found the other color palette to be too bright, which was a comment I heard frequently. If you like the Eva Crossbody bag, you can find it here at Mousetoyourhouse, as it is not yet available online at the Disneystore.com.
This is the tote bag and, you may be able to tell, it has piping which is a different touch for many of the Dooney & Bourke tote bags. I love that it has a zipper closure as well. This always makes me feel safer. This one is available here.
The wallet is of the same design as the previous Disneyana wallet style but in the new cornflower blue print. It has a zipper closure as well and has tons of room for cards and cash. This one is available here, at mousetoyourhouse.
