If you love Disney and fitness (or are a regular reader here), chances are you have at least heard of the Star Wars Half Marathon. This year, the Star Wars Half Marathon – The Light Side race returns to Disneyland from January 12-15, 2017.
The weekend long event features a ton of different activities for all ages and skill level. There’s a run for Jedi Knights and Padawans, the Star Wars Half Marathon – The Light Side, Star Wars 10K, and Star Wars 5K. Also, make sure to check out the runDisney Kid Races.
But let’s get to what we are all excited for – the merchandise! These new commemorative products will be offered at the runDisney Health and Fitness Expo throughout the weekend.
Of course, to be a fashionable runner you need the right apparel. Guests will find a variety of short sleeve and long sleeve shirts to commemorate the event. I really like that they went with a more diverse range of color choices this year. There is really something for everyone in the mix! The purple short sleeve shirt, the shirt with Han Solo and Princess Leia, and the racerback tank top are a few of my personal favorites.
If you are a pin collector, this event is definitely for you! There are a ton of new collectible pins that were made just for this event. In addition, make sure to check out the car magnets. After all, you have to brag about your runDisney victory!
Other products available throughout the weekend will include hats, mugs, and water bottles. I guarantee that you will find at least one thing that you cannot live without.
Even though Christmas is over that doesn’t mean you can’t still shop for ornaments. I think this shoe is super cute and would look great on any runner’s tree.
