Every time there is a new Dooney & Bourke release, we get super excited, and my wallet gets a little lighter! I’m sure these new Mickey and Minnie Dooneys will be fabulous and exceed our high expectations! They will be available June 19th at ShopDisney.com!
So far, we only have a sneak peek of one of the silhouettes, but I’m already fangirling over it! It is a fabulous satchel-style bag, but has a bit of a different shape than we are used to! It features a top carry handle, a crossbody strap, and a side zipper pocket.
The red, white, gray, and black design just looks like a geometric pattern at first glance. After looking a minute, you will realize that the pattern is actually made up of letters that spell “Mickey Mouse!” If you look carefully, you can also spot Mickey himself between the words “Mickey” and “Mouse!” If you have been waiting for a fabulous Disney Dooney that you can carry everywhere without it being too obviously “Disney,” then this is the bag for you! There is also a tag that says “TY for Disney,” which gives us a clue that this will be a special designer collection!
Although I love the bags that scream all things, Disney, this is a fabulous new style and design that is more versatile! I can’t wait to see what other silhouettes are available and what the Minnie design looks like!
