If you are like me, you were devastated when the redhead scene was changed in the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction. As a redhead myself, I wasn’t offended by the scene and that scene actually held a special place in my heart. I have grown to appreciate the new auction scene in the attraction, however, and Redd has grown on me. If she has grown on you, you might be happy to learn there is new Redd merchandise available at Disney Parks!
Loungefly has done it again with a mini backpack featuring Redd herself. There have been mixed views on whether or not the black print on the red background is the right choice for this print but I have to say that I actually like it. Clearly, the design needed to be in black and red because that really screams Pirates to me (think about the Pirates Spirit Jersey). We don’t already have a red mini backpack so this works just fine for me. This mini backpack retails for $75.
If you aren’t into mini backpacks (how is this possible?) then a wallet in the same pattern might be more your style. The Redd wallet retails for $50.
A Redd Funko Pop Disney Park Exclusive had also been released but I have been told it has since sold out. I still wanted to mention it though because, if you are a true collector, you may want to track one down in the world of eBay just to keep your collection up to date.
