Sugarbird, the fashion forward designer from Budapest has returned with a brand new Disney inspired collection! The new Disney Sugarbird Collection features high contrast prints of Mickey and Minnie. The fresh innovative brand has truly captured the iconic magic of the original Disney duo.
This new assortment is available now on shopDisney, and has stunning pieces that will make you a stand out Disney fashion star. The chic dresses and playful leggings make a stylish and striking statement.
First let’s take a look at the more casual pieces. The leggings have a playful Mickey and Minnie in bright colors on a bold black and white striped background. The design is low on the leg, which not a lot of designers do, so you can wear these with a shirt, or a dress without hiding the fun print. Okay, a Mickey bodysuit, this is just all sorts of amazing. The bodysuit features all over art of Mickey Mouse, and gives a slim fit with a denim skirt or jeans.
There are four dresses as part of this collection as well.
The Off-the-Shoulder Dress and Mickey Mouse Hands Bodycon Dress are both fabulously flirty. Minnie gives Mickey a big smooch on the stylish off-the-shoulder dress, and a striped ruffle trim adorns the flowing silhouette. The classic bodycon dress adds an extra fun twist with an allover pattern of Mickey’s gloved hands.
The other two dresses, really stopped me in my tracks when I first saw them. The Minnie Mouse Star Dress was the first of the new Sugarbird collection I saw, and it had me hooked instantly. The ruffled high-neck dress is both playful and elegant with it’s fitted silhouette and allover star pattern.
I didn’t think I could be anymore impressed, and then I saw the Mickey Mouse Icon Dress. This dress has such versatility! The sleek black shape, with Mickey adorned pleated skirt can be styled in so many ways. I can see it with a white cropped cardigan for a day at the office, dressed up for a Dapper Day, or even accessorized with red pumps for a date night! The list really just goes on, but I’ll stop there… for now!
