When I go to Disney Parks, I have three main priorities: attractions, food, and shopping. Maybe not necessarily in that order. Because let’s be honest, as a Disney Fashionista, I love exploring all the different shops and boutiques to find the best new products. If you’ve ever been to Disney Springs, you may know that World of Disney is the largest store on property and offers endless options when it comes to fashion, jewelry, home goods, and souvenirs.
You may also know that Disney Parks are always evolving and working towards creating new and exciting guest experiences. That’s why the World of Disney store in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World and the Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort will be re-imagined beginning mid-February 2018.
What exactly does this mean? We have a few details to share now and I’m sure more updates will come before the project is complete. But here is what we do know now: the interior design of World of Disney will be updated and will feature even more products and shopping opportunities. Work will be completed in phases throughout 2018 and World of Disney will remain opening during construction. Plus, shops in Town Center at Disney Springs including Ever After Jewelry Co. and The Disney Corner (opening mid-February) will also carry select merchandise while World of Disney undergoes its makeover.
But what about Disneyland? Of course, we love the West Coast as well! The Downtown Disney District at Disneyland Resort will also see updates to its World of Disney store. Again, the store will remain open during renovations so don’t you worry about this putting a damper on your shopaholic status.
