Paddlefish, the iconic Disney Springs restaurant located aboard a luxurious steamboat, is inviting guests on board for a special four-course wine dinner. Guests will dine atop the boat’s rooftop deck with stunning views of Disney Springs all around them. The dinner will be hosted on Thursday, August 24 at 6:30pm and will feature old world wines paired with new world cuisine.
This unforgettable evening will begin with an outdoor reception featuring passed skewers with grilled shrimp and lemongrass and Thai-glazed Louisiana broiler claws. Guest will then move inside for the four-course feast which will feature dishes such as Yellow-fin Tuna Cruda with an avocado mousse and sriracha emulsion as well as a Surf & Turf pairing of lamb loin with chargrilled octopus and bacon marmalade.
Wine pairings will highlight selections form some of Italy and Spain’s most respected wineries including Contratto Extra Brut, Gramona Gessami Blanco, Monte Carbonare Soave and Mocali Brunello di Montalcino. To end the nights, guests will be served a glass of Poire Prisonniere, an award-winning pair-infused brandy, alongside a white chocolate and passion fruit moue and a Ginger Florentine Cookie.
