There were so many exciting things announced at D23 Expo, but one has me extra excited! A new Princess and The Frog Restaurant will be coming to Walt Disney World! The previously announced “Reflections: A Disney Lakeside Lodge” resort will feature this fabulous Tiana inspired eatery.
I can almost hear Tiana singing “Almost There” as I write! I know one of our Fashionista’s, Lindsay will also be excited because Tiana is one of her favorites!
Reflections will be a unique resort that draws its inspiration from the wonders of nature. Special accommodations like a-frame villas and treehouses inspired by Disney nature-based stories will delight guests with a one of a kind vacation experience. Accompanying this unique experience will be a Princess and the Frog inspired restaurant the bayous of Bay lake.
Not many details have been shared, but a bit of concept art was previewed at the expo. In the movie, it was Tiana’s dream to have her own restaurant, and now it looks like we’ll get to experience her dream come to life at Walt Disney World!
