These dresses feature pleated skirts, puff sleeves, shoulder bows, and metallic details. Made in 100% Polyester Satin with a 100% Polyester Tulle Lining and button backs. Bloomer included for sizes up to 18-24M. I am thinking Tinker Bell for my little girl’s first Pirate Night on board a Disney Cruise Line ship. Talk about magic waiting to happen.
