The 16th annual Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic returns November 14–15, 2025, promising its most impressive lineup yet. From 5–9 p.m. each evening, guests can indulge in 49 dishes—the largest number ever served at the event—alongside hundreds of beverage tastings from around the globe.

This year’s festival will feature a nearly all-new menu, introducing flavors from across property and beyond. Two of the resort’s newest restaurants, Lagoon Lanes & Games and Bourbon Steak by Chef Michael Mina, will each debut brand-new tasting booths.
Bourbon Steak will showcase a standout Slow Braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib with Celery Root Espuma and Shallot Marmalade, while favorites like bluezoo and Amare will present creative new dishes such as Stir-Fried Rice with Blue Crab and Gulf Shrimp and a Vegan Sabich with Fried Eggplant and Tahini Garlic Sauce.
For those seeking a more elevated culinary experience, the Classic introduces two new Signature Tasting Experiences, each hosted by a celebrity chef. Friday evening will feature A Culinary Journey Through Asia with Chef Todd English, and Saturday will showcase A Global Inspired Tour with Flair with Chef Michael Mina. Each five-course event includes expertly paired beverages and offers a separate ticketed experience.
Tickets are $224 per person for unlimited food and beverage samples, with a 10% discount available for those purchasing both nights—a tempting option given that the menus will differ each evening.
Adding heart to the flavor, this year’s event once again supports the Wounded Warrior Project, raising funds for programs benefiting veterans and military families. In 2024, the Classic raised over $13,000 for the organization, and organizers hope to surpass that total this year.
