It’s a Small World has seen it’s share of Dooney & Bourke Collections but the newest one is all about the greetings!
A preview of the new collection was seen in the window of Uptown Jewelers at Magic Kingdom and I was happy to say Hola to a bag all about language. You see, this collection doesn’t have many images of the attraction. Instead, greetings from around the world can be found on a lovely pale sage background.
There are 3 different silhouettes in this collection that we know of. There is a tote, satchel and a wallet! Will there be a surprise 4th silhouette? Who knows but as of late that hasn’t been happening.
Tote Bag
The tote has a front zipper pocket and, without being able to tell for sure, it appears to have a ziptop as well. This one will retail for $268.
Satchel
The satchel is your standard dome-shaped satchel and, though we didn’t see the price, I’m guessing this will be $268 as well.
Wallet
The wallet can also be used a wristlet. Something we all love here at Disney Fashionista! Versatility! This one retails for $158.
Let’s talk a bit more about the pattern. I’m loving all the languages but in between the words, there are some images of characters and symbols we find on the attraction. In my opinion, many of them are the ones we don’t see quite as often. That makes this new It’s a Small World Dooney & Bourke Collection one that is completely different than the others. (which means you can get one even if you have all the others.)
The sign at Uptown Jewelers says this collection is being released Monday, June 14th. We have heard that it could be Wednesday at other locations. Just keep that in mind if you aren’t able to get to Magic Kingdom on Monday.
