I love to bake and cook for the people that I love! You know that you have entered my inner circle when you receive baked goods. This last year has been particularly hard because I haven’t felt like I could make food for people outside of my immediate family without risking that I might get them sick. At the same time, I have been able to be home with my Mom and Dad a lot more. That means being able to try out new recipes on my Dad, who is open to trying almost anything once! Now that it seems like we are finally turning a corner in the pandemic. I am excited to share food with my loved ones and friends again. And what better way to do it than by using items from the new Pooh Kitchen Collection at TJMaxx.
The first item is an oversized mug. Pooh and his pals from the 100 Acre Wood are setting out for an adventure all around this mug while bees buzz overhead. I can’t wait to see with my friends and sip hot tea from this mug. I can see it now!
There is also a coaster set. Tigger hops on top of Pooh while playing in the flowers on these coasters. Using a coaster is a great way to keep the friends that you have. Especially those who are like me and are a little OCD about keeping their tables free from cup marks. A lovely twine bow is the finishing touch on this set of coasters, which would also make a wonderful housewarming gift.
Finally, there is a set of three casserole dishes with lids. I can’t wait to fill these up with yummy treats to share with all of my friends. Pooh, Piglet, and Tigger walk around the dishes while grasping on tightly to a string of daisies. It reminds me of the daisy chains and crowns that I used to make with my friends when I was little.
