Shiatzy Chen is celebrating its 40th anniversary, and inviting some special guests! Mickey and his friends have been invited to join the new Shiatzy Chen x Disney Capsule releasing this summer. Shitzy Chen announced the collaboration with Disney during 2018 Paris Fashion Week.
Shiatzy Chen was established with the mission to create ‘neo-Chinese chic’ that emphasized traditional Chinese craftsmanship and fusion of the East and the West to weave a fashion ‘scenescape,’ stitch by stitch. We’re very excited by their East and West collaboration featuring our favorite Disney pals.
The capsule will be a preview, set to be followed up by a main Fall 2018 Collection! The dreamy Shiatzy Chen X Disney Fall/Winter 2018 Collection is inspired by the interaction between the animals in the Dunhuang frescoes with Disney characters in a fantastic story.
As we can see from the gorgeously composed photos, the collection will feature lots of handbags! In addition to the handbags, other apparel and accessory items with a whimsical feel will also debut.
The collection promises to be full of fun and delight, which modern silhouettes, and classic graphics featuring Mickey and Friends.
