It wasn’t that long ago that I was perusing the Shop Disney Parks App and noticed a new Disney Dooney and Bourke Bag called a Walk In The Park. It was strange, though, because this bag had not yet been released and it stated “out of stock” on the App. A week or so later, these bags appeared back on the App and online. It’s happened again! This time with new patriotic Disney Alex and Ani bangles to help you show your pride!
First up, and arguably the least obvious patriotic design, is the Mickey Banner bangle. It comes in a silver and gold finish and hosts Mickey mouse surrounded by stars. It is has a true retro feel to it which I can never get enough of. It’s difficult to tell in the picture but it sure looks to me like Mickey is blue. That shows a little bit more of the patriotic side of this bangle. We can see the red and blue and, with the silver design, it almost looks like white.
Now you can see why I am calling it patriotic. Mickey is literally standing proudly in front to the flag! This design is also called Mickey Flag. It also comes in both the silver and gold finishes. If you are a proud American and love Disney, this is most definitely the bangle for you!
I think the Mickey Icon Flag bangle is my favorite. I love the way they have fit the flag inside the Mickey icon. For me, it’s fabulous in silver. It’s perfect for any day but it would extra fab on Memorial Day, Independence Day and Veterans Day.
I don’t think you have to actually be American to where one of these bangles. Mickey was created in the United States. If you love Mickey Mouse and are from another country (say Canada like me!) you can still proudly wear this bangle and show your pride of Disney and it’s heritage!
