This polish has a clear base with neon dots and circles, sparkling iridescent glitter, and black Mickey Mouse shaped confetti! The neon glitters are actually reactive under a black light, making this polish a super star for evening events with black lights. Can you just imagine how cool this polish would look at night time while visiting Pandora in Animal Kingdom? My favorite part about these homemade polishes though, is that they are vegan, cruelty free, and 5-FREE. 5-FREE means that a polish is free of formaldehyde, toluene, dibutyl phthalate (DBP), formaldehyde-resin, camphor, and carmine.
