We are officially halfway to Halloween! And do you know what that means? It’s time to learn about all the new things happening in Fall of 2024 with Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! Disney Parks Blog just released 5 New Terror-iffic Surprises for 2024 MNSSHP coming this year and fan favorites that will be returning.
Terror-iffic Surprises
However, before we jump into the surprises, let’s take a moment of reverence for the new merchandising! Ghoul, I know you want it! The blog teased us with pictures of a new black Spirit Jersey featuring Mickey, boo-tiful ears, an ornament and a Jack-O-Lantern mug. What else would you like to see?
Since the party occurs during spooky season, you can guarantee villain sightings, and this year promises to have more than ever before! Also, being the main Fashionista, it’s vital for Minnie (and Mickey) to have new threads. Give this Fit a look! Pretty spooktacular, huh? Third, the relative nobody speaks of admittingly, will come out of hiding for this event. Meet Bruno and Mirabel at the casita in Fairytale Garden.
Disney created the next two surprises with your little goblins in mind. First “Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade” will now occur earlier for tricksters of all ages to enjoy. No more conflicting with bedtime. Lastly, in honor of the newest movie releasing July 12th, Descendants: The Rise of Red, enjoy a DescenDANCE Party at Rockettower Plaza Stage in Tomorrowland.
Terror-iffic Favorites
Don’t fret fan favorites such as the “Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular” fireworks show, the “Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular” stage show, and trick-or-treating throughout the park will most definitely return. Also enjoy an added Halloween touch on certain attractions such as Laugh Floor, Space Mountain, and Teacups.
I admit to having a terrifying sweet tooth! You can bet making a reservation starting on June 7th for the return of Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular Dessert Party is a priority. The event includes fireworks viewing from Plaza Garden or Tomorrowland Terrace.
This year’s separately ticketed event will kick off Aug. 9 and will take place on select nights through Oct. 31 at Disney World. Tickets go on sale for guests staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels, and Shades of Green on May 8. For all other guests, tickets will go on sale May 15.
