This 2021 Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival Foodie Guide is making my mouth water, so of course, I had to share it with you! Beginning March 3rd, there will be more than 20 Outdoor Kitchens with festival-exclusive offerings at the 2021 Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival! Noteworthy new additions include the EPCOT Sunshine Griddle that is serving up brunch items and the EPCOT Farmers Feast which will offer rotating seasonal menus! Plus, there is a brand new Orange Bird Sipper! You can even enjoy these tasty new treats while listening to local bands from Orlando in the “City Beautiful” concerts Friday through Monday evenings at the America Gardens Theatre!
Returning favorites include the Garden Graze which allows you to use your passport to get stamps of five special offerings at the festival. Once you collect all of your stamps, head over to Pineapple Promenade Outdoor Kitchen to grab your complimentary prize! Now, let’s dive in to this foodie guide!
Flavor Full Kitchen
Here you can find Grilled Baby Vegetables with Hummus Cream and Red Pepper Coulis, Salmon with Risotto, and Strawberry Mousse with Chocolate Crisp Pearls. Wash it down with a Blood Orange Agua Fresca or a Cookie Butter Worms and Dirt!
EPCOT Sunshine Griddle
Here you can get brunch favorites like the prettiest Avocado Toast I’ve ever seen, Shrimp and Grits, Corned Beef Brisket Hash, and Fried Cinnamon Roll Bites! Wash it down with a Froot Loops Shake!
The Honey Bee-stro
These sweet treats include Tupelo Honey and Sweet Corn Spoon Bread, Lavender Honey Mustard-Marinated Chicken Flatbread, and Local Wildflower Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake! There are even beverages like the Honey-Peach Freeze served in the adorable Souvenir Spike the Bee Sipper!
The Citrus Blossom
For a citrus kick, try the Meyer Lemon-Poached Lobster Salad, the Citrus-Braised Crispy Pork Belly, or the Citrus Shortcake and wash it down with an Orange-Lemon Smoothie in the brand new Souvenir Orange Bird Sipper!
Refreshment Port
Here you can grab Italian Sausage and Peppers Poutine and a Popsicle Trio that includes Honeydew, Raspberry-Mint, and Coconut-Lime!
Pineapple Promenade
Grab a Spicy Hot Dog with Pineapple Chutney and Plantain Chips, Mixed Berry Buttermilk Cake, or a DOLE Whip. Plus, you will have to stop here for the iconic Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade!
Trowel & Trellis
Grilled Street Corn, Impossible Sausage and Kale Soup, Boneless Impossible Korean Short Rib, and Lavender Pot de Crème are the stars of this kitchen! Plus, there is a Twinings of London Energize Matcha Cranberry & Lime Green Tea to put some pep in your step!
Refreshment Outpost
Here you can pick up a Pineapple Skewer with Tajin Seasoning!
Bauernmarkt: Farmer’s Market
This kitchen is serving up Potato Pancakes with House-Made Apple Sauce or Caramilized Ham, Onions, and Herb Sour Cream, Toasted Pretzel Bread topped with Black Forest Ham and Melted Gruyère Cheese, and Warm Cheese Strudel with Mixed Berries.
Magnolia Terrace
Here you can find Crawfish Étouffée, Cajun-Style Roasted Oysters, House Made Boudin, Pecan Cake, and Pecan Pralines! There is even a Bayou Cocktail!
Funnel Cake
Of course, there is a special festival funnel cake! This Mini Funnel Cake is topped with Lemon Cheesecake Ice Cream, Blueberries, and Powdered Sugar!
Taste of Marrakesh
Here you can find Moroccan Seafood Couscous, Shakshuka (Moroccan Baked Eggs in a Spiced Eggplant and Tomato Stew) and Lemon Magdalena Cake!
La Isla Fresca
This kitchen offers Lamb Curry, a Sugar Cane Shrimp Skewer, and a Tropical Mousse Cup! There is also a Tropical Freeze to wash it down with!
Festival Favorites
Pick up some Watermelon Salad, a Beef Brisket Burnt Ends and Smoked Pork Belly Slider, Fried Green Tomatoes, and a Key Lime Tart in this kitchen and wash it down with a Frozen Lemonade.
EPCOT Farmers Feast
This kitchen will have a rotating menu with offerings like Cheesecake on Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Butter with Passion Fruit-Mango Compote, but currently, they are serving the first rotating menu! This includes Spring Onion Soup, Duck Confit, and Off the “Beet” en Path (Profiteroles with Red Beet Mousse, Golden Beet Pastry Cream, Whipped Goat Cheese Cream, and Candied Walnuts). They also have a Hibiscus Lemonade Cocktail!
Cider House
Here you can find a House-Made Potato and Cheddar Biscuit with Salmon Tartare and a Dark Chocolate Raspberry Tart.
Northern Bloom
Check out this kitchen for Seared Scallops, Beef Tenderloin Tips, and Griddled Maple Pound Cake with Warm Peach Compote and Sweet Corn Gelato! They also offer a Maple Popcorn Shake!
Jardin de Fiestas
Here you can grab a Tostada de Cochinita (Braised Pork on a Crispy Corn Tortilla with Black Beans topped with Pickled Onions, Mango-Habanero Relish, and Oregano), a Taco Vampiro (Braised Beef on a Corn Tortilla with Crispy Grilled Monterey Jack Cheese and Salsa Ranchera), and a Sope de Chorizo (Plant-based Ground Chorizo on Fried Corn Dough with Black Beans and Avocado Mousse). There are also beverages like the Passion Fruit Margarita, The Garden Margarita, and the Tulum Mexican Craft Beer with Floater!
Lotus House
Papa Cakes (Potato Cakes filled with Shrimp and Water Chestnuts served with House-made Strawberry Sauce), the Bon Bon Chicken Skewer, and House-Made Crab and Cheese Wontons along with “Panda” Bubble Tea are the stars of this kitchen!
Primavera Kitchen
Here you can grab a Margherita Flatbread, Arancini (Sweet Sausage Fried Risotto Balls with Pomodoro Sauce), and a Traditional Sicilian Cannoli!
Hanami
A festival favorite, Frushi (Strawberry, Pineapple, and Cantaloupe wrapped in Sweet Rice and Pink Soy Wrap served with Whipped Cream, Drizzled Berry Sauce, and Toasted Coconut), is served here along with Shrimp and Crab and Soy-Glazed Pork Shank!
Fleur de Lys
Here you can try a Tarte aux Oignons Caramélisés et Chèvre (Goat Cheese Tart with Caramelized Onions on a Flaky Pastry Crust), Canard Confit à l’Orange aux Gnocchi à la Parisienne (Braised Duck Confit à l’Orange with Parisian Gnocchi), Macaron au Chocolate en Sucette (Large Chocolate Macaron Lollipop), and Beignet Caramélisé, Fourré Crème Vanille, Glacé au Caramel Fleur de Sel (Caramelized Beignet filled with Vanilla Cream and Glazed with Caramel Fleur de Sel).

Of course, we have to also point out the fabulous Joffrey’s offerings at each location! At Future World East you can pick up a Blooming’ Berry (Frozen Lemon and Blackberry Syrup with a splash of Vodka), at Showcase Plaza grab a Citrus Sunshine (Citrus Sunrise: Frozen Lemon and Passion Fruit with Mandarin Vodka), at The American Adventure try a Bubbly Brew (Jameson® Cold Brew Whiskey and Coffee with a splash of Coke®), and in Canada taste a Spring Flurry (Frozen Lemon and Cinnamon Whiskey).
