We’ve been excitedly talking about the Disney x Coach A Dark Fairy Tale Collection for a good month now. Today is finally the day, and the collection is online and in stores, NOW! The collection has launched a day early, but that’s okay because it is absolutely fabulous.
There is a beautifully playful mix of Sleeping Beauty and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs inspired handbags, accessories, and apparel. The collection features the same vintage feel of the Minnie Mouse collection from earlier this year, with florals, and patches, but with a deeper and edgier tone.
There’s a dark edge to the entire assortment, and the signature “C” print also makes an appearance. The patches add a fun feel, while blending Disney and Coach together.
The Evil Queen’s poison apple is a prominent fixture of this collection, there’s a bit of an urban flair added to the design. There is a mix of the Evil Queen’s deep purplish blue signature color woven through out certain pieces as well. One of my favorite details sprinkled throughout the collection, is the “spooky eyes” from the forest.
Be prepared for the fall with the spooky yet trendy hoodies that are available. These also feature the vintage patches, on a wicked color palette.
The shirts match the accessories and handbags splendidly, with coordinating appliques and patches.
Not all of the collection is at every store, some items like my personal favorite the Spooky Eyes duffle won’t release till May 23rd. However you can order these online to be shipped on the 23rd.
