As you might have figured out from the title of this post, the food list for the 2020 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival has arrived, and we are drooling! Since we are going to be there to try some of these scrumptious treats, we have made a to-eat list of foods that we are dying to try! Of course, we might see something that looks even better in person that we will have to add to this list! Don’t worry–all of the food is so pretty that we will be taking pictures of EVERYTHING we can! Has The Disney Fashionista ever let you down?
As soon as we get there we will grab a Festival Tasting Passport, which lists all of the fabulous treats available and info about the festival itself! We will also have to purchase a Sip and Savor Pass! This lanyard has a credential with eight pull-off tabs that can be redeemed for tons of foods and drinks available at the festival. This is a stress-free way to enjoy some of the best treats the festival has to offer!
Food
Let’s start off with some of the food items we are excited to try! First, is the Fiscalini White Cheddar Lager Soup served in a Mini Boudin Sourdough Bowl. Do I really need to say any more about that!?
There is also this Brunch Fried Chicken & Waffle Sandwich with Mimosa-inspired Slaw and OJ Bubbles. This Georgia girl is pumped to try this modern twist on a southern staple!
There are Pepperoni Pizza Egg Rolls that combine two of my favorite foods–egg rolls and pizza!
I love watermelon everything, so the Compressed Watermelon and Tomato with Whipped Ricotta and Lemon Olive Oil and the Poke-style Watermelon with Cucumber are definitely on my list! There is even a Pabana Cream Puff with Mango, Passion Fruit, and Banana Mousse!
Check out these Asian-Style Beef Barbacoa Street Tacos and this Monkey Bread with Caramel Whiskey Glaze and Candied Pecans! Can I just say Yum!?
Tortilla-Crusted Fried Guacamole with Carne Asada is a must-eat. They took an amazing food and fried it to make it even better! Mini Chicken Chimis with Chimichurri Con Pico de Gallo and Chipotle Crema along with a Mickey-Shaped Caramel-Peanut-Milk Chocolate Macaron sounds like a well-rounded meal!
The Raspberry-Lychee-Rose Custard with Mixed Berry Compote sounds so yummy and has one of my favorite under appreciated ingredients–Lychee!
You really can’t go wrong with the Carbonara Garlic Mac & Cheese with Nueske’s Bacon or Brisket Fries! You can finish off the day with a Sweet Empanada with Caramel Sauce, Chocolate-Hazelnut Cheesecake, a Churro topped with Peanut Butter Cream, Chocolate Icing, and Chopped Peanuts, or all of the above!
Non-Alcoholic Drinks
Of course, you’ll need something to wash down all of this fabulous food! Some of the non-alcoholic drinks I’m eyeing are the Strawberry-Rose Lemonade, Fig & Lavender Cold Brew, House-Made Watermelon Agua Fresca, Ruby Citrus Sparkler, and Lavender Lemonade! There’s something for every taste preference!
Alcoholic Drinks
Some of the most interesting (and prettiest) alcoholic drinks we can’t wait to try are the Honey Bourbon Lemonade, Road Trip Mimosa Trio, Amaretto Stout-Cream Cold Brew, Blue Angeleno Cocktail, and the Watermelon Vodka Lemonade!
