If you haven’t gotten to experience the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue like me, or if it is one of your favorites like my friend Kirsten N., then you’re going to want to listen up! The Disney Parks Blog just announced that this fabulous musical dinner show is returning to Pioneer Hall at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground! You can begin making reservations on May 26th for showtimes starting June 23rd!
This fabulous and family friendly experience includes performances, singing, and comedy all in a Wild West style! Plus, you will get to chow down on a scrumptious feast of fried chicken, BBQ ribs, savory sides, and the iconic strawberry shortcake! While this amazing experience will have the same feel that it always had, there will be a few scenery and script updates to keep you on your toes!
My friend Kristen whom I mentioned earlier also had a few fabulous tips for those of you wanting to check out this show! Of course, some of these things may have changed with the update of the show, but we are hoping they haven’t! First up is the option for bottomless sangria! Do I need to say more!? Also, although it hasn’t returned yet, when it does, you can book the middle showtime of Hoop-Dee-Doo and then check out Chip ‘n’ Dale’s Campfire Sing-A-Long! Plus, it is easy to get there because Minnie Vans are coming back to Walt Disney World Resort, and they are the fastest way to get to dinner! If you prefer a free option, you can catch a water taxi from Magic Kingdom Park, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, or Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, and of course, there are always buses!
