The arrival date may have been a week off but the new Park Life dress from The Dress Shop is finally here! There is one for Disneyland AND one for Walt Disney World!
This dress is very similar in silhouette to the dresses that were released a few years ago in this very color palette for both Disneyland and Walt Disney World. I bought that dress in the Disneyland print but this one will be mine in the Walt Disney World print.
This dress has a sweetheart neckline with a halter strap around the neck. The wider, darker teal band around the waist is super slimming and I appreciate that! It also looks awesome with the wide teal band that seems to follow along the perimeter of the dress.
The Disneyland print consists of icons we look forward to seeing while we are at the West Coast Parks. I, personally, am loving the target from Buss Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin! I freaking LOVE that ride and it’s finally represented on something I really want to wear!
The Walt Disney World pattern has icons from all 4 Parks (and the Buzz target is still there!). Pirates, the Safari, Fantasmic… so many images of things we don’t see on merchandise every day. I am loving this print.
I’m so glad the dress really is like the one on the Minnie plush we shared a couple of weeks ago. Unlike most dresses from The Dress Shop, the placement of the print is everything. Trust me, I learned this the hard way on the Park Life leggings…. you don’t want certain characters in certain places. On this dress, you don’t want your favorite Park icons cut off by zippers etc. If placement is important to you, check out our preferred personal shopper at shopthemeparks.com. She will do her best to get you your dream dress!
