Move over basic mermaid fin brushes, there’s a new treasure under the sea. Spectrum Brushes and Disney have teamed up for a truly magical collection inspired by The Little Mermaid. The new Spectrum x Disney Makeup Brushes are inspired by not just Ariel, but Ursula too!
This absolutely beautiful collection features brushes inspired by both the Princess and the Villain of the series, as well as carrying cases, and makeup bags. The collection goes on sale May 31st, on the Spectrum Website.
First, I wanted to look at the makeup bags being offered with this stunning collaboration. These bags do not come with brushes, but are a great way to carry your favorite cosmetics while matching the gorgeous brushes. You can store all of your treasures in these makeup bags with plenty of room for thingamabobs and dinglehoppers too! The bags also really set the tone for what to expect from the collection too. Lots of sparkle, applique layering, and textures give dimension to this collection. The zipper pulls are even Mickey icons, fabulous!
The Ursula brush collection is wickedly delightful. The carrying case has a chain strap accented in black pearls, and is shaped like her magical shell necklace. The shell shaped case is finished in an iridescent purple vegan leather with oil slick pearls and a very glittery trim.
No one can resist Ursula the Sea Witch! This set includes 10 brushes finished with a two tone gold and purple glitter handle with deep purple ferrule and subtle lilac bristles. The set comes with:

You can make your collection complete with this set that includes 10 brushes finished in a sea blue glitter handle with aqua marine ferrule and vibrant coral bristles. The bristles catch the look of Ariel’s fair wonderfully. This set includes:
