Do you remember last fall when I shared with you a new Disney Parks exclusive Collection for the discerning woman? The name… Kingdom Couture! I learned all about it the D23 Expo 2015. It was set to be released this spring and then, suddenly, there were a few pieces in stores last fall. Well, the new Spring Kingdom Couture Collection is set to release mid April (as originally stated) and it will finally include the apparel we have all been waiting for!
If you are looking for lots of bright, bold colors…. look elsewhere. It would appear that the spring collection is filled with neutral essentials that can be worn with other pieces. These pieces are the staple pieces you can build your wardrobe around. As I discussed when I released the news last fall, this is a premium collection. It is made with luxurious fabrics and trims. It is a mix of Disney heritage and contemporary silhouettes.
The pieces shown above include the apparel (like this fabulous silk chiffon scarf I am going to need to own) as well as handbags and clutches. The apparel will have a gold tone medal label and the accessories a Kingdom Couture plaque. They will all have a 2 piece Kingdom Couture tag with a gold tone key. I love the tag…. it’s just an extra reason to buy a piece from this collection.
I could go into great detail about this amazing collection (including the linen purse which is already available on Shop Disney Parks App) but I can’t do it justice. The Disney Parks Blog has a video that explains all the details of the pieces in this collection and it is well worth watching.
