There are many pieces of Thomas Kinkade Disney artwork on my walls. A Thomas Kinkade and Marvel collaboration is something I never thought I would desire. I was wrong! There are two new pieces in this collaboration and they bring art to heroic heights!
The first piece is called Spider-Man vs. the Sinister Six. The Search and Rescue helicopter hovers above the Manhattan skyline as we see our hero, Spider-Man, preparing to battle Sandman, Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Vulture, Mysterio, and Electro. Today the Sinister Six have chosen to tangle with Spider-Man, and as the sun sets over New York City, we know this is a battle that Spider-Man can most assuredly win.
This piece would look incredible in any space in your home. However, when I saw it, I had a few ideas in mind. It would be awesome to transform a superhero room for a little boy. Then when he’s all grown up, he has a piece of sensational artwork to bring to his adult home! So much better than a poster.
The second in the Marvel Comics collaboration is Black Panther. In the evening sky, Klaw hovers above Wakanda sonically empowering his insidiously lethal and ironic creation to attack our hero, Black Panther. The Dora Milaje stand at the ready to protect the protector, T’Challa, from this new threat. Faced with treachery and danger and motivated by the memory of his father’s murder at the hands of this evil villain, Black Panther is ready to do battle with his archenemy and secure the safety of his people.
Another fantastic option for your home! If Spider-man and Black Panther aren’t your favorite Marvel characters, do not distress. It would appear these are the first in a series!
