Every year, I always tell myself that I have too many ornaments. Then I usually say that I’m not going to buy any more, after this last one. Even though I tell myself the same thing year after year, I still find myself finding a new ornament that I just have to have. Maybe I’ll finally stop after I add these Disney Squish Ears to my tree. Or that’s what I’m telling myself anyway.
There are nine assorted options to choose from. You can check out all nine designs HERE. Unlike some blind boxes, if you purchase the ears in-store, you get to decide which one you want. If you order the ears online, it is a random surprise which one you will get. Personally, I love the surprise of not knowing what you are going to get until you open up the package.
The first three ears are all classic characters: Mickey, Donald, and Goofy. On one side of the ears, we see their classic outfits, like Mickey’s shorts, Donald‘s sailor outfit, and Goofy’s classic orange shirt and green hat. On the back, each character is having fun running around on the ears in different poses. There are even some old school pictures of Mickey on his ears.
Next up are some fun ears for the princess fans in your life. I have a hot pink princess tree, so all of these are just perfect for me. The first one is Rapunzel. Her hair swings all around her as she takes on whatever life throws at her. I love that on one of her ears, we see one of her braids. It looks a little different than some of the other Rapunzel items that I have seen in the past. There is also an Ariel ornament. She swims around with Flounder on one side of the ears. Her scales glisten on the other side of the ears.
Finally, Minnie is also included in the mix. Although she isn’t an official Disney princess, I consider her a princess. On one side of her ears, we see her classic polka dot bow. On the other, there is something a little different. Here we see all sorts of different treats that Minnie has cooked up in her kitchen. I’m looking forward to trying them all.
The final set of three ears has several fun Disney pals. The first pal is Pooh Bear. I laughed when I saw the ears for the first time because there is a hunny pot on one of the ears. A bee looks on as hunny drips down Pooh’s ear. Next up is Stitch. He’s looking very cool as he has his own personal luau, complete with all of the yummy fruit that anyone could ever want. He wears sunglasses and peels a banana. While it looks like he likes the banana, from the way that he is gripping the pineapple, that must be his favorite. Finally, there is also a Buzz Lightyear set. Buzz is taking off to infinity and beyond with his faithful green aliens by his side. Buzz has a more youthful, cartoony look about him that is a little different from how he is normally depicted.
