I am so excited about the opening of Avengers Campus on June 4th, but I’m even more excited about all of the fabulous merchandise you will be able to find there in WEB Suppliers and the Avengers Campus Supply Pod! You will even be able to purchase some of these items starting May 29th at Disneyland Resort Backlot Premier Shop so that you can be ready for your adventures when Avengers Campus officially opens!
First up I have to talk about this magical new addition to WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure! Although every Guest experiencing the attraction will be able to sling webs, you will also have the ability to customize your experience with WEB Tech accessories! While wearing 3D glasses, all Guests will be able to test drive the WEB Slinger vehicle that uses innovative technology to recognize body movements and gestures! This allows everyone to sling webs from their wrists, even if they haven’t been bitten by a radioactive spider!
Here’s where the additional magic comes in! The WEB Power Band allows you to multi-fire webs while the Spider-Man and Ghost Spider-inspired Electro-Dynamic WEB Shooter add-ons give you the ability to shoot electrodynamic webs and feature lights, sounds, projections, and webs that eject and retract! There are even Iron Man and Rescue-inspired Repulsor Cannon add-ons that shoot repulsor blasts and light up and blast air when practicing with training spheres!
Of course we can’t forget the adorable Spider-Bots that even have tactical upgrades available to change their appearance while enhancing their battle capabilities. These upgrades are inspired by some of your favorite Super Heroes like Iron Man, Black Widow, Black Panther, Ant-Man, and The Wasp! There are even more to come!
If you want to carry your Spider-Bot with you, check out this fabulous backpack with a special web-mesh made to hold your Spider-Bot securely during your adventures!
There are even goggles available that feature 17 unique digital expressions along with authentic web-shooters that feature lights, sounds, and a display stand to show them off!
If you are more of a figurine collector, check out this Spider-Man Pop! Figure featuring Spider-Man catching a Spider-Bot along with his mentor, Tony Stark, in this Iron Man Pop! Figurine!
There will also be merchandise from apparel and home goods featuring the WEB logo to S.T.E.A.M. products and web-making kits! If you prefer Avengers Campus gear, there will be plenty of that too including tees, a fleece hoodie, and a figurine set!
