This Sword in the Stone Inspired Design is a Nostalgic Dream

By Monica V | Updated on May 9, 2020

The Sword in the Stone has always been one of my favorite, underrated Disney movies. Released in 1963, this film took the legend of King Arthur to the next level and made it fresh for a new audience to enjoy. Whenever I watch this classic film, I have that wonderful sense of nostalgia that only a great Disney movie can provide.

This shirt is perfect for giving you all those Disney-feels. This great design features the amazing Merlin up to his old tricks.

Merlin has his traveling bag and is mumbling along as he packs for his next adventure. Okay, I call it mumbling, but he would probably call it “the magic words.” Either way, Higitus Figitus Migitus Mum Prestidigitonium is displayed in cheerful pink letters across this shirt. And no, I didn’t just hit the keyboard at random! That really is what Merlin says!

This fun t-shirt design is available on Etsy from thebravelittletailor HERE. It’s such a fun look to wear while you’re visiting the Disney parks! And who knows, maybe you’ll even be able to pull the sword from the stone while you’re in Fantasyland!

This Sword in the Stone inspired design is available starting at $28.00. What do you think of today’s Etsy discovery? Let me know in the comment section below!
