Top 10 Disney Date Night Restaurants At The Parks

Disney Parks offer the perfect date night backdrop. You have atmosphere, entertainment, and great food! For those looking for great date night restaurant options, you can’t go wrong with dining at the Disney Parks! Today, we are looking at what I consider to be the Top 10 restaurants that are perfect for date night and are located at the parks. I’m focusing on Walt Disney World Resort in this post, so if you are headed there soon, make sure to pick one of these fabulous restaurants and plan out your own Disney date night.

These Disney date night restaurants are listed in no particular order and I’m including a few options from each of the four theme parks: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Need more ideas? Check out our post on the Top 10 Disney Date Night Restaurants NOT At the Parks.

Okay, let’s dine, I mean, dive in!

Magic Kingdom

Cinderella’s Royal Table

There is nothing more romantic for a date night at the Disney Parks than dining in a castle! You’ll be able to dine with Disney Princesses inside Cinderella Castle during your fairytale dining experience. Plus, you’ll be dining like royalty as well! Entrees include choices like Tenderloin of Beef, Seared Pork Rib Chop, and Chef’s Fish of the Day. Whatever you choose as your main course, make sure to save room for a royal dessert to split if your sweetie!

Tony’s Town Square Restaurant

This is the night, it’s a beautiful night
And we call it bella notte
Look at the skies, they have stars in their eyes
On this lovely bella notte.

Relive the puppy love of Lady and the Tramp as you hare spaghetti and meatballs and more at this fun eatery near the entrance of Magic Kingdom park. From tempting appetizers (fried mozzarella, spinach dip, caprese, Garlic-Parmesan Wings) to delicious entrees (House-made Gnocchi Primavera, Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Chicken Parmigiana, Tony’s Pizza Pie) there is something for every Italian food lover on this menu! Plus, Tony’s Town Square Restaurant has the perfect location – Main Street USA. Have an amazing meal and then watch the fireworks together to top off the evening.

Be Our Guest Restaurant

You and your date can enter and explore Beast’s Castle for an unforgettable sit-down dinner. Plus, the Beast himself just may make an appearance! During breakfast and lunch, Be Our Guest Restaurant is a quick-service style affair. But for dinner, it’s the perfect sit-down option for date night!

Make sure to save room so you can try the grey stuff. It’s delicious!

EPCOT

Choosing just a few restaurants from Epcot proved to be a difficult task. After all, where else can you travel the world for amazing cuisine with just a few hundred steps? To narrow things down, I’ve chosen to limit myself to three Epcot restaurants that I have personally dined at for a Disney date night.

Le Cellier Steakhouse

Descend into the cozy cellar of a Canadian château for exquisite steaks and seafood specialties. If you’re looking for one good reason to choose this Epcot restaurant for date night, I have for words for you: Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup. Moosehead Pale Ale and Nueske’s Applewood-smoked Bacon make this soup the ultimate crave-worthy dish. Other items on the menu that I suggest include the Pumpkin Ale Steamed Mussels, Le Cellier Filet Mignon, Duck and Dumplings, Lobster Macaroni & Cheese, and Le Cellier Beef Bourguignon Poutine.

Meals at Le Cellier Steakhouse tend to be on the heavier side, so make sure to leave time in the evening to stroll the World Showcase as you digest.

Coral Reef Restaurant

Coral Reef Restaurant is possibly one of my favorite Disney date night memories. Before my husband and I were married, we enjoyed an amazing meal here that we still talk about today!

The atmosphere of this restaurant cannot be beat. I mean, you are dining in a big aquarium! It doesn’t get much cooler than that!

Now, as you may expect, the menu is mostly seafood, but there are other land-loving options as well. Whatever you choose, it’s going to be delicious!

Chefs de France

For those with Parisian tastes, Chefs de France is an excellent choice. This restaurant also boasts an extensive menu, so you are both sure to find something that tempts your taste buds. A few of my personal favorite menu options include the Bisque de homard (Lobster Bisque), Salade de chèvre chaud (Baked Goat Cheese), Boeuf Bourguignon, Steak aux échalottes, Canard à l’orange, and Cygne Profiterole au Chocolat.

Wow, can you believe we are halfway through the list already? Am I the only one who is hungry now? There is no time to eat right now though, we are off to the next park!

Hollywood Studios

Lights, Camera, Action! Hollywood Studios is the perfect date-night destination for the couple who loves the glitz and glamour of Hollywood. Just make sure that you ride Rock’n’ Roller-coaster and Tower of Terror BEFORE you’re dinner reservation!

Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant

Do dinner and a show ’50s-style at this drive-in “theater,” featuring all-American cuisine and sci-fi movie clips. I love that the lights are always dimmed at this restaurant, which sets the mood for cuddling in the back of your cruiser. I suggest splitting the Sci-Fi Appetizer Sampler (Boneless Buffalo Tenders, Shrimp and Crab Fondue, House-made Tortilla Chips, and Fried Dill Pickles served with Horseradish and Blue Cheese Dipping Sauces) before ordering your entrees. That way, you’ll get the opportunity to taste a little bit of everything.

Dinner fare is simple with burgers and other American staples to choose from. This is one of my husband’s favorite restaurants because he is definitely a burger and fries kind of guy!

The Hollywood Brown Derby

Step into the Golden Age of Hollywood at this warm, wood-paneled restaurant serving contemporary American cuisine. Experience the delectable legacy of the original Brown Derby, with timeless dishes and classic cocktails. Looking for some great appetizers? Consider the Pan-seared Sea Scallops and Roasted Pork Belly or Heirloom Tomato and Buffalo Mozzarella Salad. For entrees, you can’t go wrong with the Char-grilled Filet of Beef, Cioppino, or Duck Breast. Then, of course, you always have to have dessert! The Grapefruit Cake is a specialty here, so make sure to save some room!

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

Do you want to take a walk on the wild side for your next date night at Disney Parks? Head over to Disney’s Animal Kingdom for a can’t-be-beat atmosphere and incredible dining options.

Tiffins Restaurant

Set off on a culinary expedition of international cuisine at this restaurant inspired by exploration and adventure. Tiffins Restaurant is one of Disney’s Signature Dining locations, so you know the food is going to be excellent! Start out the night with Tiffins Signature Bread Service and Selection of Artisanal Cheeses. For the more adventurous couple, try the Charred Octopus and Thai Curry Mussels. Moving on to the main course, I have a hard time choosing just one option! Good thing you are on a date and you can share! Options include Crispy Sadza with Braised Pork Belly, Butter Chicken, Tamarind-braised Short Rib, and Braised Lamb Shank.

Yak & Yeti Restaurant

Don’t let the funny name turn you away! Travelers can relax and replenish with a pan-Asian feast in this beautiful Nepalese-style restaurant. Pot stickers, egg rolls, lettuce cups, and pork belly ramen are just a few of the Asian inspired dishes that you can enjoy.

Wow! Ten restaurants at the Disney Parks that are perfect for date night! There is just so much food and so little time! I’m going to need a lot more scheduled date nights at the Disney Parks to get through this list! Which of these restaurants do you want to try first? If there a restaurant that I didn’t include that you think deserves a Top 10 spot? Let me know in the comment section below!
