I have been waiting for this day! I had seen a picture in a group I am in of a new Dooney coming but no one had any information on it. I couldn’t really share it with you when I didn’t even know where the picture came from. This morning, while perusing the Shop Disney Parks App, a new Disney Dooney appeared…. the one I saw in that group! Now I can travel in style with the new Disney Dooney and Bourke Passport Collection!
This bag actually comes in a Disneyland and Walt Disney World version! How perfect is that? Some people (like myself) love both the east and west coast parks. Some fashionistas, however have a preference. These Disney Dooney and Bourke Passport bags are for you!
In case you didn’t notice the difference in the above photos, let me break this down for you by coast. The ones you see directly above are for Walt Disney World. The same 2 silhouettes can be found in either print but the prints, though similar, are very specific to Disneyland or Disney World.
You see how there are icons very specific to Disney World? The Tree of Life, Tower of Terror, Cinderella Castle, Spaceship Earth… the gang’s all here! I am really liking this print though I am not loving the fact that it is an off white background. I don’t know what color would work with the colors of the icons but I am ready for a different colored background. At least it’s not straight up white!
Take note of the compass design on these icons. This goes hand in hand with the 4 Parks, 1 world merchandise we published today!
The Disneyland pattern consists of Disneyland icons… Sleeping Beauty Castle, the Matterhorn, Carthay Circle… these are things that Disneyland fashionistas hold dear. Notice the silhouettes are identical!
Mickey and Minnie can be found on both patterns because they are clearly bicoastal.
These can currently be found on the Shop Disney Parks App and not on ShopDisney. I am not sure if they will appear in the Parks this morning or not. I have my preferred personal shopper on standby to check it out and grab us some IRL pictures if they do appear.
