‘Twas the Night Before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring. Well, except this fashionista who is frantically making her must-have list for when this collection drops on shopDisney!
Disney Parks Blog revealed much of the merchandise that is being released in one of at least two collections at the Disney Parks. The ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas Collection has many of the pieces we have already spotted in patchy releases at the hotels. You know, the backpack that sold out in minutes? That kind of stuff. The official release date is October 26th (tomorrow) and we should start seeing it pop up all over the Disney Parks!
Ears
These Peppermint Twist Minnie Ears were spotted at a select few resort shops this past week but they should be dropping everywhere starting tomorrow. I am desperate to find these Ears! They go perfectly with the outfit I have planned for Nov 6th at Magic Kingdom! Every aspect of the design is pleasing to me. The red and green glitter sparkles, the mint in the center of the bow is the perfect contrast and the headband includes the green twist. Simply holiday perfection!
We knew the Gingerbread Mickey Ears were coming but at least we now know when! I know these were also released early a couple of days ago but sold out very quickly. There will definitely be a restock of these beauties!
What I love about this collection is that there is an Ear Hat option for those that don’t like the headbands. I am not sure how big this hat actually is (this is clearly on a child) but it may be more of a one size fits all, we can’t be sure. A fashionista can wish, right?
Spirit Jerseys
As you can see, there are 2 Spirit Jerseys as a part of the ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas Collection. There is a 3rd holiday Spirit Jersey but it from another collection (can you hear that? It’s my wallet crying).
The Buffalo Plaid we mentioned in the Disneyland holiday merch article. The Peppermint Twist in the writing is an ongoing theme this year keeping the flow of the collection alive!
The second Spirit Jersey is much different than others we tend to see this time of year. Gone is the Ugly Christmas Sweater pattern we have seen in years past. Fun, youthful images of our favorite characters during the holidays have replaced it and I love how bright and colorful it is!
Loungefly
We had sent the Peppermint Twist backpack arrives for a hot minute this past week but now more of us may actually have a chance to get one! I am not going to say, yet again, how much I want it but I do.
The other option is more of an Ugly Christmas sweater pattern featuring Santa Mickey and the Castle. This is similar to ones we have seen in the past (last your was holiday Park Treats) but they are always popular amongst fashionistas!
Crocs
What’s a holiday without a new pair Of Disney Crocs? I love mine from last year and I get so many compliments on those (and my Halloween ones) that you know I will snagging pair of these. They match the Loungefly bag perfectly and are even filled with a soft, red lining!
That’s a lot to absorb but the main thing to remember is that tomorrow is the official release date (October 26th). Will it all be on shopDisney in the morning? Not sure. I promise I will be on the lookout though!
