I love the concept of the 1955 and 1971 Necklaces. I remember looking in my parents’ wedding album and seeing the stacked ticket books from their honeymoon. Disney utilized the ticket books from 1955 to approximately 1982. The 1955 necklace features Sleeping Beauty’s castle and Disneyland’s opening year engraved on the top page, with “E, D, C, B, A” tiered below. The reverse side touts “HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH.” Next, we have the 1971 option which spotlights Disney World. Again, the tiered ticket books are engraved with 1971 and Disney World’s original logo; A squared “D” with gridded Mickey head inside.
