Bayou Soirée Cocktail

This limited-time specialty cocktail brings the flavors of New Orleans to a festive drink that will be available in restaurants and bars in the Swan, Dolphin and Swan Reserve. This Bayou inspired cocktail consists of Bayou Reserve & Spiced Rums, Fresh Guava, Lemon, Simple, Green Chartreuse, and Peychaud’s Bitters.  

This limited-time drink is available at the following select outlets across the resort:

• Phin’s
• Todd English’s Bluezoo
• Shula’s Steakhouse
• Il Mulino
• Kimonos
• Rosa Mexicano
• Amare
