Whether you’re a golfer, a Disney fan, or both, this The Disney Golf Collection from Box Lunch will make you want to yell “Four!” and head to the green.
Outfit Set
You will be the envy of everyone on the green when you where this matching set. While both items are sold separately, they are perfect together. The first item is this sporty Cropped Polo, found here. Minnie is taking a swing next to her initial on the front of the shirt. It has red, white, and blue accents, which are great for summer. The top is also fitted at the bottom, making it extremely flattering.
You can complete the look with this matching Pleated Golf Skirt. Just looking at the crisp pleats on the skirt makes me want to skip and twirl around.
Tops
The collection includes several sporty tops. The first option is this Goofy Golf Shirt, found here. Something tells me that golf would be much more interesting with Goofy by my side! Just look at the outfit that he is wearing on the top of the shirt. It adds a hint of color, to an otherwise very muted gray, blue, and white shirt. I also love the hidden Goofy in the Goofy Golf logo. This can easily be paired with a ladies’ golf bag that goes well with the color scheme.
You can’t help chuckling after you see this Goofy Golf Cardigan. While Goofy is dressed for a day of golf, it seems that he isn’t sure what he is doing. It looks like he can’t find his ball or the hole. Goofy looks like me when I try to golf, which makes this sweater even more appealing to me.
There is also a Mickey Mouse Polo, found here, that is very similar to the Minnie crop that we saw earlier. This navy blue polo has hints of red and white and is a necessity for any couples’ golf tournament that you are attending.
Get your team ready for their team photos with this Mickey Mouse Button-Up, found here. Mickey’s name is embroidered on the front of this casual shirt. Mickey shows off his skills on the back of the shirt. From the look of his posture, it makes me want to sign him up for my gold team.
If you are going for a little bit more playful look, then this shirt is just for you! Mickey, Goofy, and Donald have joined forces to try to take out the completion on this All-Over Print Button Up. Let’s just hope that Mickey and Donald can golf, because it looks like Goofy is still looking for his ball and the hole.
The final t-shirt is something a little bit more on the casual side. It’s a sunny day, perfect for golf and Mickey is on the course getting ready to swing the day away. This Mickey Mouse Golf and Recreation T-Shirt, found here, is light and airy. It’s a great option for those hot summer days when you want to golf, but don’t want to end up as a puddle by the end of the day.
There are also two long sleeve shirts that are great for colder days on the links. We start golfing in Upstate New York in March and April. Sometimes there is still snow in the air at that point, so these items are a necessity. The first look is this Minnie Mouse Collared Crewneck, found here. The little white color that pops out from the navy sweater adds just the right amount of feminine pep to this sweater. Minnie looks so cute in her gold outfit. She has perfect aim. Maybe she can teach Goofy a few things. There is even a witty saying on the bottom of the sweater. It says “The Best By Par.”. I love this little bit of wit that takes some of the seriousness out of the shirt.
You’ll look like a golf pro in this Mickey Mouse Golf Striped Quarter-Zip Sweatshirt. The white and gold color scheme is a winning combination. There is also a little Mickey Head golf logo on the front of the sweater. If Mickey ever hosted a golf tournament, I hope that would be its insignia.
Hats
Finally, the collection also includes two hats. Minnie takes aim on the first red, white, and blue hat, found here. She swings her club right in front of a big “M”. This hat matches several of the other shirts included in the collection. That makes it a wonderful way to complete an outfit. It also looks great as a stand-alone piece.
Finally, there is also a Mickey Mouse Golf Cap, found here. This hat has a very retro look. The large brim of the cap reminds me of some of the hats that I have seen in pictures of my dad and his friends golfing in the 70s and 80s. Mickey even has a pair of mustard-colored pants on that reminds me of outfits that my dad would wear many years ago as well.
